Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and cleaners.
  • Schedule shifts and assign duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Train and guide new employees on food handling, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Enforce safety and hygiene regulations as per local health codes.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Order or requisition stock and ensure proper storage.
  • Control wastage and monitor cost-effectiveness in operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
