Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver lectures, practical sessions, and demonstrations in Food Production & Bakery. Develop lesson plans, lab exercises, and assessments based on curriculum requirements. Monitor and guide students during practical sessions in kitchen labs . Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical exams . Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and industry standards in the lab. Assist in developing and updating course materials and curriculum as per industry trends. Provide mentorship and academic support to students. Organize workshops, guest lectures, and field visits when applicable. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of industry experience in Food Production and Bakery. Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and bakery operations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage a classroom and kitchen lab efficiently. Familiarity with academic evaluation methods. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Hotel industry experience in Food Production and Bakery: 4 years (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
