You are a dynamic and results-driven Techno-Commercial Manager responsible for leading sales, technical support, and business development efforts for the Food Ingredients portfolio across India. Your role involves leveraging your strong technical understanding of food formulations and applications, coupled with proven commercial acumen across key food categories such as Bakery, Confectionery, Dairy, Meat, Beverage, Prepared Foods, and HoReCa. Your key responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, managing key accounts, conducting market analysis, and preparing commercial proposals. You will also provide technical guidance tailored to specific applications, support customers in formulation and troubleshooting, conduct product trials and training sessions, and collaborate with R&D teams on customized solutions. In your category expertise, you should have knowledge in areas such as Bakery, Confectionery, Dairy, Meat, Beverage, Prepared Foods, and HoReCa, with a focus on specific ingredients, processes, and solutions within each category. Your role also involves cross-functional collaboration with teams such as marketing, logistics, regulatory, and technical, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Additionally, you will represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer workshops. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related discipline, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a techno-commercial role within the food ingredients industry. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a strong plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Key competencies for success in this role include a customer-centric mindset, a strong technical foundation, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, adaptability, agility, and networking and relationship-building skills.
