Food and Beverages Trainer

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development

• Develop and deliver training modules on food service standards, beverage preparation, hospitality etiquette, and customer service.
• Train staff in areas such as table service, buffet service, bar operations, and kitchen & hygiene standards.
• Conduct onboarding training for new staff and refresher training for existing employees.
• Create training manuals, SOPs, e-learning content, and skill development guides.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching for improvement.

Food Safety & Compliance

• Train staff on food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols (HACCP, FSSAI standards, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to hygiene and operational guidelines.

Operational Excellence

• Work closely with F&B management to understand training needs.
• Support the implementation of service innovations and new menu & beverage launches.
• Conduct on-floor coaching during peak service hours to ensure training application.
• Assist in evaluating service quality through feedback and mystery checks.

Customer Experience

• Train team on guest interaction skills, complaint handling, upselling & product recommendations.
• Promote culture of service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
