Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Female Telecaller for a non-sales backend customer support role . The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to clients , updating them on important documentation or project updates, and maintaining records. This is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a calm attitude. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to update clients on documents, payments, and project updates Maintain accurate client records and follow-up logs Handle inbound queries with clarity and patience Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer experience Support backend operations, including basic data entry and email follow-ups Requirements: Only Female Candidates Experience: 02 years (Freshers welcome) Communication: Fluent in Hindi, basic English Computer: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email handling Must be polite, calm, and patient on calls Candidates from Noida or nearby locations preferred Immediate joiners will be given preference
