Folding operator

• Experience operating folding machines (e.g., Stahl, MBO, or similar) preferred.
• Understanding of paper types, grain direction, and finishing processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions.
• Good attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Set up and operate folding machines according to job specifications.
• Adjust machine settings (rollers, guides, knives) for accurate folds.
• Load materials into the machine and monitor operation.
• Quality Control
• Inspect folded products for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Identify and correct defects such as mis-folds, wrinkles, and jams.
• Maintain production records and follow job tickets.
• Maintenance & Safety
• Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and report major problems.
• Follow all company and industry safety procedures.
• Production Support
• Collaborate with print operators, bindery staff, and supervisors.
• Meet daily production targets and manage workflow efficiently.
• Assist with packing, stacking, and preparing products for shipping when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
