Role & responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the entire printing process. Plan, schedule, and monitor printing jobs based on production requirements. Ensure proper , colour matching, registration, and print quality. Oversee the punching process to ensure die-cut precision and registration accuracy. Manage the pasting/gluing process for mono cartons and corrugated boxes. Ensure the correct application of lamination (thermal, BOPP, gloss/matt) with no bubbles or wrinkles. Supervise foil stamping/embossing processes, ensuring accurate alignment and impression. Oversee corrugation line production , ensuring flute quality, GSM, and board strength meet specifications. Troubleshoot printing and finishing equipment issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for quick resolution. Maintain daily production records, machine logs, and quality checklists. Collaborate with quality assurance and prepress teams to ensure job accuracy and consistency. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an offset printing setup, preferably in litho, Mono carton, Rigid box and corrugation packaging. Strong knowledge of Komori or similar multicolor printing machines. Diploma or ITI in Printing Technology (Bachelors in Printing/Packaging preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience) Or any graduate.
