The Role Join our M365 support team to administer, enhance, and support Microsoft 365 services across multiple client environments. You'll lead migration projects, solve complex technical challenges, and stay ahead of the evolving M365 ecosystem. We need someone assertive, curious, and creative in problem-solving with strong communication skills. What You'll Do Administration & Support: Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Defender for Office 365, and Entra ID Monitor system health, security compliance, and performance Resolve Tier I/II issues with high first-call resolution Migration & Integration: Lead M365 migrations: tenant-to-tenant, on-prem to cloud, Google Workspace to M365 Ensure data integrity and minimal downtime Integrate third-party apps with M365 services Automation & Innovation: Build PowerShell scripts for task automation and Graph API integration Leverage Power Platform for workflow optimization Create knowledge bases and self-service resources ✅ What We're Looking For Must Have: Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field 2–4 years hands-on M365 administration experience PowerShell scripting expertise Migration tools experience (BitTitan, ShareGate, Quest) Microsoft Defender & Entra ID proficiency Power Platform knowledge (Power Automate, Power Apps) ITSM tools experience (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Zendesk) Good to Have: Microsoft certifications: MS-900, MS-101, AZ-104, SC-300, MS-700 HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET, C# knowledge App/Service Principal registration experience Essential Qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with passion for learning Collaborative team player Detail-oriented with quality focus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹356,945.27 - ₹544,222.02 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Work from home Work Location: In person
