Position : Recovery Executive Location : Delhi-NCR Company : Midha Capital Lendings About Us Midha Capital Lendings is one of Delhis oldest NBFCs, operating since 1993. We specialize in unsecured business loans for the MSME sector, and are known for our flexible underwriting and strong recovery practices. As we transition into a corporate structure, we are looking to strengthen our field operations. Role Summary We are hiring a Recovery Executive with experience in hard recovery and field collection . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in recovering overdue payments from customers and handling high-pressure field situations. Key Responsibilities Visit borrowers in the field to recover overdue EMIs and outstanding payments Carry out hard recovery actions as per company policy Maintain regular follow-up with defaulters and document all interactions Coordinate with the internal credit and legal team for escalated recovery cases Submit daily recovery reports and field updates to the team lead Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hard recovery/field collection (preferably in NBFC or microfinance sector) Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with Delhi NCR routes and market Willingness to travel extensively and work on-ground Own two-wheeler preferred Compensation Fixed salary + Incentives (based on recovery performance) This job is provided by Shine.com Show more Show less
