Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for building and managing entire sales and distribution infrastructure for all the channels in the assigned area. Managing the Sub Distributor/Super Stockist claims and ensure NOC from Sub Distributor and Super Stockist every month. Ensuring the Modern Trade/Ecom Terms of Trade as per business plan. Ensuring No Stock out at Sub Distributor/Super Stockist/Modern Trade. Training and coaching to Supervisors. Controlling the Price at every layer as per company policy. Ensuring Weekly/Monthly Meetings with Sales Representatives to understand progress and support required to achieve the targets. Reporting on the Sales Metrics to Commercial Director on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis. Candidate Profile: Beverage industry experience, ideally with products priced in the INR 50100 range. Strong knowledge of the local territory and distributor network is essential. A two-wheeler or four-wheeler (bike or car) is mandatory for regular market visits and distributor coordination. Proven leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
