FMCG Products Production Supervisor

You will be working as an FMCG Food Products Quality & Production Supervisor at Am Asia Pvt Ltd Brand Meenas & Madurai Meenakshi Foods Products, a company established in 1972. As part of your role, you are expected to have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with specific experience in supervisor and production roles within the food products field. Your responsibilities will include: - Experience in Production Supervisor - Well-versed in production monthly planning - Stock maintenance - Checking the presence of employees - Quality Checking - Submitting reports & keeping production logs - Manpower Handling - Meeting Daily Production schedule as per customer schedule - Monitoring & Adjusting Production Process for Quality & Productivity - Handling Daily Production Activity In order to increase production and fulfill the requirements, you will need to focus on increasing productivity. This role requires on-site work and knowledge about product quality identification. Any relevant qualifications related to the FMCG industry will be beneficial.
