Requirements What We Are Looking For: We seek a dynamic leader with a strong background in Technical Services (preferably Technical Records) within the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have a mix of domain expertise, leadership ability, and customer-focused project delivery skills. Industry Experience Minimum 5+ years in the aviation domain (with strong exposure to Technical Services / Technical Records). Experience in aircraft lease transactions, technical records auditing, and on-site transition projects (e.g., End-of-Lease). Educational Background Bachelors degree in aviation management, Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of compliance auditing: Airworthiness Directives (ADs)/SBs/STC, Life Limited Parts (LLPs), Structural Repairs, Hard Time Components. Proficiency with M&E systems (AMOS, Trax, etc.). Familiarity with Aircraft Technical maintenance records & technical manuals (SRM, CMM, AMM, etc. Knowledge of IATA standards for records auditing and Aircraft Lease Contracts. Ability to work with OEM platforms. Power Skills Customer-centric mindset with excellent stakeholder management. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with a mindset of continuous learning. Ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Soft Skills Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to create impactful presentations and have the representation skill. Comfortable with AI-powered productivity tools. Willingness to train and mentor freshers/junior team members.
