Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for developing ash sales in Ready mix companies, Builders, Infrastructure projects, AAC blocks & bricks etc. segment with targeted quantity of at least 10,000 Metric ton per month to start with. 2. To ensure daily order and dispatch of targeted vehicles and timely unloading at customer end. 3. Timely collection of outstanding payment and ledger reconciliation on quarterly basis 4. Coordination with back office and vendors for timely dispatches of order and release of payment. To ensure timely billing to customers and submission of invoices of vendors. 5. Regular visit to all prospective clients and to aend quality complaints and collection of payments. 6. Market intelligence and formulang MIS reports for HO Desired Profile: Any graduate with 5 to 15 yrs of experience in ash sales. Excellent relationship with ash buyers like cement, Concrete, CBG, waste, pavement blocks, RMC, bricks, Road, Mines industry and other industries in the assigned location. Should have good understanding of ash and its usage. Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and driven professional to lead our Fly Ash Export division. The Head ASH Exports will be responsible for driving global sales, developing international markets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the efficient and profitable export of fly ash from India. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in exporting fly ash , a robust database of international customers , and deep domain knowledge of various grades of fly ash and prevailing market rates . Key Responsibilities Business Development : Identify and onboard international buyers of fly ash, leveraging existing relationships and networks across Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. Client Management : Maintain strong relationships with key overseas clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term contracts. Market Intelligence : Monitor global demand, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Product Expertise : Understand and differentiate between various grades and classifications of fly ash (e.g., Class F, Class C), including quality parameters, usability, and value proposition for end-users. Pricing & Negotiation : Develop pricing strategies in line with global market rates and margins. Negotiate favorable contracts with customers and shipping/logistics partners. Supply Chain Coordination : Coordinate with domestic suppliers, transporters, port authorities, and customs for smooth and timely exports. Compliance & Documentation : Ensure adherence to all international trade regulations, export documentation, and quality certifications. Strategy & Planning : Develop annual export plans, sales forecasts, and expansion strategies in alignment with company goals. Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing exports team, overseeing sales, logistics, documentation, and after-sales service. Preferred candidate profile Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in exporting fly ash , with a solid understanding of the industry and regulatory landscape. Network : Well-established network of international fly ash buyers , agents, distributors, and shipping partners. Knowledge : Deep understanding of fly ash classifications , applications (e.g., cement, concrete, bricks), quality standards, and prevailing international pricing . Skills : Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, supply chain coordination, and market development skills. Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. Education : Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, International Business, or a related field preferred. Manage all administrative activities and official activities thereby maintaining safe disposal of ash Disposal Responsible for building the operational team once the order is taken. Desired Candidate profile: Any graduate with good experience in FLY ash Business Development. Excellent relationship with Thermal power plants, Bricks and Cement manufacturers Should have good understanding of managing the FLY ASH business Should have prior experience in participating for bids, tender and document preparation. Should be well connected in the entire geography. Willing to travel Should have good negotiation skills Location - Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Andhra, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Bhilai,Raigarh.
