Flutter Developer

You will be responsible for developing mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high quality, performance, and scalability. Working closely with cross-functional teams like product managers, designers, and backend engineers, you will deliver compelling and user-friendly mobile experiences. Your role will involve architecting and implementing a robust, maintainable, and scalable codebase following best practices and design patterns. It will be crucial to stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, libraries, and best practices to proactively introduce improvements to our development process. Collaborating with QA engineers is essential to ensure thorough testing and bug-free releases. Additionally, you will participate in architectural discussions, planning sessions, and technical design reviews. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Your focus will primarily be on execution-level tasks and managing large data efficiently in Flutter, such as lazy loading and pagination. You must have at least 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with the Flutter framework. Experience with React Native is a plus, and hands-on experience with the migration of a React Native app to Flutter is a must. A strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and data structures is required. You should have solid knowledge of mobile app architecture, UI/UX design principles, and RESTful APIs. Proficiency in version control systems like Git and agile software development methodologies is expected. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration within the team. While not mandatory, a background in crypto finance is preferable for this role.,
