Flutter Developer

What Youll Do

• Build

  sophisticated, high-performance, and pixel-perfect mobile apps for both iOS & Android using the Flutter framework.

• Collaborate

  with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.

• Write

  clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, following best practices and modern architecture patterns.

• Integrate

  with backend services, RESTful APIs, and other third-party libraries to bring features to life.

• Troubleshoot

  and improve application performance, reliability, and bug fixes.

• Participate

  in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Stay up-to-date

  with new trends, libraries, and best practices in the Flutter ecosystem.

What Were Looking For

• 1-3 years

  of professional experience in mobile application development.

• Proven, hands-on experience

  developing and shipping production-level applications with

  Flutter and Dart

  .

• Strong understanding

  of state management solutions like

  BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod

  .

• Familiarity

  with mobile architecture patterns like

  MVVM or Clean Architecture

  .

• Proficiency

  with version control (

  Git

  ) and working with

  RESTful APIs

  and

  JSON

  .

• Strong analytical

  and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• A passion for creating smooth, user-friendly, and visually appealing mobile experiences.

Bonus Points

• Experience with native

  Android (Kotlin/Java)

  or

  iOS (Swift)

  development.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g.,

  Codemagic, Jenkins, GitLab CI

  ).
• Knowledge of publishing applications to the

  Google Play Store

  and

  Apple App Store

  .
• Experience with

  Firebase

  services (Authentication, Firestore, etc.).
