Flutter & Dart Developer

You will play a key role in delivering a performant, intuitive, and scalable cross-platform mobile application using Flutter & Dart for both Android and iOS devices. The app will be utilized in field environments and will involve media capture, offline data handling, form-driven input, and integration with interactive 2D plans and 3D models for visual reference. - Design and develop a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter & Dart. - Integrate with the existing MERN stack backend through REST APIs. - Implement core features like media capture, offline data capture, talk-to-text for notes, form-based input with validation, and draft report creation. - Ensure smooth UI/UX in collaboration with the design team. - Optimize app performance and manage secure local storage. - Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code. - Collaborate with QA and operations teams for real-world testing and rollout. You should possess the following skills: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart for mobile development. - Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and lifecycle. - Experience in integrating REST APIs. - Proficiency in state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc). - Experience with offline-first apps and local storage (e.g., Hive, SQLite). - Good experience in handling image/video capture, file handling, and permissions. - Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. - Familiarity with Git and Agile workflows. - Ability to write clean and maintainable production-level code.
