FLOW DIVIDER & AUXILLARY TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:

The Flow Divider & Auxiliaries Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing of flow divider units and auxiliary hydraulic components used in industrial, oil & gas, or aviation systems. The role ensures all hydraulic systems operate efficiently, safely, and according to manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of flow divider assemblies, hydraulic valves, actuators, pumps, and auxiliary systems.
• Dismantle, clean, inspect, and reassemble hydraulic components following engineering drawings and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct functional and pressure testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Identify faulty components and replace worn-out parts or seals as necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of all repair, maintenance, and calibration activities.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and assist in root cause analysis of failures.
• Ensure tools, test benches, and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Follow strict safety and quality control procedures in compliance with company and international standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve system reliability and performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Hydraulic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hydraulic maintenance, preferably with flow divider or auxiliary systems.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic principles, pressure control, and system operation.
• Hands-on experience using precision measuring instruments and hydraulic test equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in oil & gas, heavy equipment, or aviation hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with international maintenance standards (API, ISO, etc.).
• Basic computer literacy for maintenance reporting and documentation.
