Monitoring and tracking budget versus actual costs and preparing cash flow models for presenting to senior management and equity partnersDevising risk mitigation measures to minimize bottlenecks in Project Execution, applying Financial, Technical and legal understanding of the subject. Associate with a senior management along with members from Cross Functional teams to achieve project milestones and robust project profit margins. Product Development - Product Design and Concept mapped to market by virtue of on ground Market Intelligence and Competitors Intelligence.
