Role & responsibilities As a Zapier Automation Specialist , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows between cloud applications used by our clients including CRM, marketing, scheduling, and communication tools. Your key responsibilities will include: Building and managing Zapier integrations between platforms such as AddEvent, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoom, and various social media platforms . Designing automated data flows that trigger actions in real time across different systems. Troubleshooting existing Zaps, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliability and accuracy of data transfers. Collaborating with internal teams to understand business processes and translate them into automation workflows. Maintaining documentation of all workflows, including data mappings, triggers, and logic used in each automation. Researching and proposing new automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Occasionally integrating with APIs using Webhooks, Code steps (JavaScript/Python) , or custom app connections when required. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys automating workflows and connecting systems seamlessly. The ideal candidate should have: Proven hands-on experience with Zapier (must have built multiple end-to-end Zaps across different platforms). Familiarity with HubSpot , AddEvent , GoHighLevel , Zoom , and social media APIs (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) preferred. Strong understanding of API connections, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys). Ability to map data fields between different applications and handle multi-step workflows. Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python for using Zapiers Code steps is a plus. Clear written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration. Reliable internet connection and a self-driven, organized work style.
