The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and supporting a team of sales representatives, and meeting sales targets in the assigned region. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing regular sales reports to senior management. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and guiding sales representatives Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written Analytical and problem-solving abilities for market analysis and achieving sales targets Ability to travel within the assigned region as required Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the healthcare or wellness sector is a plus
