Floor quality supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on the floor to ensure quality standards are met.

Inspect products and materials at various stages of production.

Train and mentor staff on quality standards and procedures.

Collaborate with production managers and line leads to resolve quality issues.

Document and report quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.

Maintain and enforce compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required.

Review and update quality documentation and records.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

1+ years of experience in a quality control or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methods.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical documents (if applicable).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,207.07 per month
