Floor Coordinator / Discharge Coordinator

Urgently Required Discharge Coordinator at Sainath Hospital, Moshi.

• Coordinating Discharge of In Patient
• Daily In Patient Round for feedback and Queries of Patient.
• Coordinating with billing desk for smooth functioning of bill procedures.
• Coordinating with insurance department. For smooth function of cashless department, Coordinating with facility and Maintenance services.
• Follow up with Maintenance for pending work.
• Collecting feedback and google reviews of In patients
• Scanning of in patient investigation reports and uploading to HIMS.
• Prepare list of patients requiring surgery and send it to OT and anesthetists for PAC (write planned date of surgery)
• Co-ordination with lab/imaging for reports pending.
• Co-ordination for lab tests and appointments for CT/MRI and transportation team.
• To check completeness of medical record at the time of discharge.
• Communication and participating in NABH work.
• Participating in mock drill, committee meeting and reviews

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate
• Knowledgeable with computers & quality management systems
• Experienced (1 o 3 yrs) candidate from hospital domain preferable.
