Responsibilities Understand goats - their health and behavior Goats health mangement - take input from the ground staff, direct them with treatment plans, and track the execution of those plans Capture all health data and analyse it Implement and monitor compliance with SOPs to ensure best practices in health management. Analyze health videos for compliance verification Collaborate with vendors who supply medcines and vaccinations Maintain records of feeding management activities, including detailed reports on consumption quantity, feed wastage, etc. Drive the adoption of new technologies and scientific methods in feeding to improve health management Must be avalilabe on call 24x7 for handling emergency cases Qualification Ownership and common sense are mandatory Minimum 2 years of experience in a startup (hustled in the past) Bachelor’s degree preferably in veterinary science, agriculture, horticulture, or engineering Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making. Expertise in handling excel sheets with complicate formulas Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attributes A proactive, “can-do” attitude, willing to engage in hands-on fieldwork. Common sense thinker with a passion for sustainable agriculture.
