Job Description We are looking for a full time Planning Engineer who can assist Project Manager, aid in reviewing design documents, and coordinate technical activities for infrastructure projects. Location : Bangalore HO (Hebbal) Role and Responsibilities Reports to the AGM Technical and is responsible for technical coordination. Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to get approvals of designs and drawings and DPR (Daily Progress Reports) Act as a Quantity Surveyor (QS), planning of new projects and tendering coordination Lead troubleshooting activities for quantity variations / EIRL Coordinate with design consultants and architects Expected to work on tight deadlines and co-ordinate with all the various team members involved with the projects. Qualifications and Education Requirements M. Tech (B.E. from good college) with 2-4 Year Experience in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Proficiency in MS Office expected Advance knowledge of structural design, design review process and construction processes Advanced knowledge of budget and project management, billing and estimations Preferred Skills Proficiency in Engineering CAAD tools Experience in water supply and sanitation projects is highly preferred Experience as Quantity Surveyor (QS) Diligent with great attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal; skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
