Flitterflick is a growing creative digital marketing agency and we are looking for a talented and committed SEO & Website Marketing Expert who will become a core pillar of our team . This is not just another job, it's an opportunity to build, scale, and lead the entire client's website performance wing of our agency. About the Role : We are looking for someone who understands SEO, Website marketing, Website optimisation, Website building(optional), analytics and digital growth strategies inside out. Someone who's responsible enough to handle the entire pillar of Website marketing. You'll be the go-to person for : SEO Strategy & Implementation. Website Optimization & Performance. Keyword Research + On page & Off page SEO. Google Search Console / Analytics. Website updates, structure, and technical fixes. Running and optimizing Google Ads (bonus). Auditing client websites and building SEO roadmaps. Tracking performance & creating reports. Responsibilities : Develop and execute SEO strategies for client websites. Manage site audits, speed optimization, and technical SEO. Work closely with the web development, content & design team. Ensure every website we build is SEO-ready. Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions. Suggest improvements and lead digital growth initiatives. Guide the agency in long-term SEO direction. Who we are looking for : Someone with strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals. Experience with WordPress / Wix or any CMS. Solid understanding of Google tools (GSC, GA4, Ads) Someone who is reliable, proactive, and passionate. Ability to take full ownership & think long-term.
