1. Quotation Management Lead and oversee the end-to-end quotation process for turnkey and consigned PCB assembly projects. Review and analyze customer RFQs, including BOMs, Gerber files, assembly drawings, and special requirements. Prepare accurate and detailed quotes by calculating material, labor, process, tooling, test, and overhead costs. Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to validate cost assumptions and lead times. 2. Costing & Pricing Strategy Perform cost analysis for all components, assembly processes, and testing (ICT, FPT, AOI, Functional). Factor in NRE, stencil, tooling, freight, tariff, and packaging costs into final pricing. Establish and maintain pricing templates and margins based on customer type, project size, and business goals. 3. Supplier & Vendor Coordination Work with buyers to obtain competitive quotes for BOM components, PCBs, and sub-assemblies. Ensure supplier quotes align with MOQ, lead time, and quality standards. 4. Process Documentation & Reporting Maintain an organized system of quotations, pricing databases, and historical cost records. Generate and present detailed quotation packages and executive summaries for customer or internal approval. Monitor win/loss trends and continuously refine pricing strategies. 5. Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the point of contact for commercial quotation discussions with customers. Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, operations, and finance teams to align pricing with delivery capabilities and profit goals. Support new product introduction (NPI) teams with early-stage cost analysis. Shift time - 1pm - 2:30am(Any 9 hrs shift) week off -Sunday
