Qualification : Minimum of 6 months of experience in the B2B domain, with a focus on lead / demand generation. Proficiency in handling HQL, MQL, SQL, BANT, and AG campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience : Over 6 months in B2B domain - Telemarketing & Cold Calling- MANDATORY Eligibility Criteria : Effective Verbal and Written Communication skills in English Sales/marketing Aptitude Basic IT know-how i.e., understanding application of Information Technology Prior inside sales/marketing experience will be an added advantage Flexible to work in a 24X5 environment Structured thought process Self-driven Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to generate leads and set up qualified meetings with clients. Create and maintain a comprehensive list/database of prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams and client-facing teams to ensure alignment and success. Conduct research to track, maintain, and update leads. Develop new business through outgoing calls to key clients and prospects. Perform customer research to gather information about potential leads. Provide accurate and timely information to management. Develop a strong knowledge of the client's products and services to effectively facilitate the process. Flexible to work in a 24X5 environment.

Customer Care Executive pune 0 - 2 years INR 3.0 - 3.75 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues within defined timelines. Record and maintain customer interactions, details, and complaints in CRM systems. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist customers with product/service-related information, troubleshooting, and support. Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to deliver effective service. Preferred candidate profile Minimum: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream). 6 months 1 year of experience in domestic BPO / customer service / call center role.
