Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Mobile app development to join our CargoMate Product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications. Responsibilities: As a member of the CargoMate product team, you will: Develop and enhance the CargoMate product based on business needs. Implement new features and solutions aligned with the product roadmap. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Collaborate with Business and IT teams globally. Work with stakeholders to address conflicts and resolve challenges. Continuously improve processes, conduct retrospectives, and identify areas for optimization. Manage and prioritize your tasks in alignment with the team lead. Take ownership of your personal learning and professional growth. Requirements & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Mobile & Web Development: React Native, TypeScript State Management: Redux, Redux Toolkit, Redux-Saga Backend Integration: RESTful APIs Testing: Jest Deployment: Google Play deployment experience DevOps: CI/CD pipelines Cloud: AWS Version Control: Git Additional Requirements: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a globally distributed environment. Team player with experience collaborating across IT teams, business units, and external stakeholders. Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Java / Kotlin is a plus Experience in the maritime industry is a plus.
