We are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our customers. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our tile adhesives, grouts, and other construction products. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for tile adhesives, grouts, and other construction products. Identify and engage with potential customers, including contractors, builders, and retailers, to promote our product range. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s market presence. Qualifications: Diploma / Batchelor degree in Civil, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1 ~ 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Strong knowledge of tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing solutions, and related construction products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in MS Office.
