Responsibilities: High-Volume, High-Leverage Execution This is repetitive, rigorous, high-concentration execution. If done well, it unlocks massive leverage. Daily Operational Ownership Audit driver logbooks using Samsara, FMCSA portals, and Vaahan AI. Monitor HOS violations and follow up with drivers in real time. Track, escalate, and eliminate recurring compliance issues. Maintain airtight documentation and systematized records. Driver Hiring & Compliance Onboarding Complete driver applications flawlessly, end-to-end. Verify documentation, contact drivers, align with owners. Maintain structured data systems for driver and fleet status. AI-Driven Ops & Automation Build & optimize AI workflows using ChatGPT, Zapier/Make (no coding needed). Improve prompts, dashboards, and automation pipelines. Reduce manual steps and eliminate inefficiencies across processes. Think like an AI-native operator, not a button-clicker. Client-Facing Interaction Communicate professionally with U.S. clients during CST hours. Deliver weekly summaries, violations, corrective actions.
