Role Description We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join FLATSNAP. The role involves connecting with potential homebuyers, understanding their requirements, sharing property details, and coordinating with the sales team for follow-ups and site visits. You will be the first point of communication for many of our customers — so confidence, clarity and professionalism are key. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in available properties Understand customer needs (budget, location preference, property type, etc.) Share relevant project details and answer customer queries Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team Maintain CRM records with accurate lead status and follow-up notes Follow call scripts and achieve weekly/monthly target metrics Provide excellent customer experience and represent the brand professionally Qualifications Strong communication skills in English & regional language (Hindi/Telugu) Confident phone etiquette and active listening skills Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM or lead tracking tools Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers Goal-oriented attitude with willingness to learn and grow Real estate calling experience
