We are looking for innovative and knowledgeable individuals with the right skills and drive for change to fulfill our goal. Together, we design products and provide services that are aimed at making renewable energy cost effective, clean and efficient for a better future. We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience. This is an excellent chance to enhance your skills and kickstart your career in a renewable energy start-up. The ideal candidate will create, draft, and design product layouts and schemes using specification and recommendations. This individual will test products and make adjustments where necessary. Additionally, they will examine broken products and resolve issues for future designs. Your Responsibilities • Conceptualize, develop and implement new product ideas with color, material and finishing solutions • Participate in brainstorming exercises to develop innovative ideas with electronics engineers • Creates 2D/3D illustrations of design concepts and presentation materials • Design, fabricate, and evaluate components • Define and improve user interaction on products and control panel • Conduct root cause failure analysis on devices • Produce design documentation, manuals and execute test procedures • To work in a team environment and will be expected to be able to direct and get along with others. Requirements • Degree in mechanical or Industrial/Product Design or related fields from a reputable university • 2-3 years of relevant experience • Available immediately for full-time (in-office) position in Chennai • Good knowledge of C.M.F finishing applications for consumer electronics • Good knowledge of mainstream manufacturing processes and applications • Knowledgeable in animation, sketching, M-CAD modeling, photo-realistic rendering, mock-up & prototyping • Broad knowledge in Manufacturing processes • Conceptual thinking, visualization & technical problem-solving ability. • Salary Rs20,000-30,000 per month depending on skills and experience
