Female Sales Agent (Smoke Shop & Vape Shop Sales, Hindi & English) Job Title: Sales Agent (Smoke Shop & Vape Shop Clients, Hindi & English) Location: Remote (India-Based, Work-from-Home) Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (10:30 PM to 3:30 AM Indian Standard Time), Monday to Friday Salary: 15,000–40,000/month (depending on experience) + performance-based incentives Application Deadline:June 30, 2025 About the Role We are seeking dynamic female sales agents based in India to join our growing team, connecting with USA clients in the smoke shop and vape shop industry. As a Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role in calling new clients, following up with existing clients, and generating leads to drive sales of smoke and vape products. You’ll communicate fluently in Hindi and English, leveraging your product knowledge to build strong client relationships during USA business hours.This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity perfect for self-motivated women with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities• Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to USA-based smoke shop and vape shop clients to pitch products, book appointments, or secure orders. • Follow-Ups: Contact existing clients to check satisfaction, upsell new products (e.g., vapes, accessories), and maintain long-term relationships. • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through provided lists or research, using tools like CRM software to track progress. • Product Expertise: Educate clients on smoke shop and vape shop products, answering questions about features, benefits, and pricing with confidence. • Documentation: Log call details, client feedback, and sales outcomes in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up. • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings (virtual) to share insights and refine sales strategies. Requirements• Gender: Female candidates only (as per client preferences for this role). • Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written) with clear, professional communication skills. Ability to switch languages based on client needs. • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with smoke shop products (e.g., glass pipes, rolling papers, hookahs, CBD products). Understanding of vape shop products (e.g., e-liquids, vape mods, coils, pod systems). Willingness to learn product details through provided training. • Technical Requirements: Personal laptop (Windows/Mac, minimum 4GB RAM, stable internet of 10 Mbps+). Smartphone (Android or iOS, recent model) for VoIP calls and CRM apps. Noise-canceling headset .• Availability: Must be available to work 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST (10:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST), Monday to Friday. Flexibility for occasional overtime during peak sales periods. • Experience: 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred (B2B or B2C), but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Prior experience in smoke/vape retail or related industries is a plus. • Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive sales techniques. Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections (e.g., “We’re happy with our supplier”). Basic computer skills (email, CRM, Google Sheets). Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home during late-night hours (IST). What We Offer• Competitive Pay: 15,000–50,000/month base salary, plus bonuses for hitting sales targets (e.g., 5,000 for 50+ deals/month). • Training Program: Comprehensive 1-2 week training on smoke/vape products, sales scripts, and USA client communication (Hindi & English). • Remote Flexibility: Work from the comfort of your home with provided VoIP tools (e.g., JustCall) and CRM access. • Career Growth: Opportunity to advance to team lead or account manager roles based on performance.
