Requirements• Gender: Female candidates only (as per client preferences for this role). • Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written) with clear, professional communication skills. Ability to switch languages based on client needs. • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with smoke shop products (e.g., glass pipes, rolling papers, hookahs, CBD products). Understanding of vape shop products (e.g., e-liquids, vape mods, coils, pod systems). Willingness to learn product details through provided training. • Technical Requirements: Personal laptop (Windows/Mac, minimum 4GB RAM, stable internet of 10 Mbps+). Smartphone (Android or iOS, recent model) for VoIP calls and CRM apps. Noise-canceling headset .• Availability: Must be available to work 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST (10:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST), Monday to Friday. Flexibility for occasional overtime during peak sales periods. • Experience: 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred (B2B or B2C), but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Prior experience in smoke/vape retail or related industries is a plus. • Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive sales techniques.
