Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers via calls, messages, walk-ins, and leads to pitch Fitwiser's services. Understand customer needs, fitness goals, and recommend suitable programs. Convert inquiries into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets. Handle walk-in inquiries at our Mohali center professionally. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and follow-ups using CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for campaigns and updates. Stay updated on the latest offerings, fitness trends, and customer engagement techniques. Represent Fitwiser with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Who Should Apply? Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields. Individuals with a passion for fitness and healthy living. People with a fitness-related background (sports, training, gym, yoga, etc.) are highly preferred. Candidates with excellent English communication skills. Confident, proactive, and target-driven individuals who love interacting with people.
