The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing design teams, ensuring the timely execution of projects, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring quality control. Additionally, the Design Manager will play a key role in developing new products, improving existing designs, and ensuring that all designs meet company standards. Qualifications Strong skills in design management, project management, and team coordination Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other design software Experience in product development and quality control Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and lead a team Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
