Fitter /Shift Incharge

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Assemble and fit mechanical parts using tools like grinders, drills, and welding equipment.
• Perform alignment, positioning, and securing of components.
• Inspect and test completed equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain machines and tools used in the fitting process.
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as required.
