Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our India team in Delhi. You will be responsible for expanding FITS Cargo’s footprint in the Indian market, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across air cargo services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in air freight and cross-border cargo solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, consignees, and industry stakeholders. Prepare competitive quotations and proposals, ensuring profitability and service excellence. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient cargo handling. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies. Represent FITS Cargo at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales; India market experience preferred. Strong understanding of air cargo operations, documentation, and international shipping processes. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English; Hindi and other regional languages are an advantage.
