As a Fitout Executive, your primary responsibility is to conduct Kick off meetings with owners and interior executives to understand their Interior proposal. Based on their proposal, you will need to share fit-out instructions accordingly. You will also be required to coordinate, monitor, and support design submissions, feedback, and approval processes. It is essential to monitor site condition works to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Your role will involve ensuring that the fit-out works align with the interior design and meet specific fit-out requirements in accordance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will need to ensure that the fit-out of the apartment adheres to the design strategy while following statutory regulations and guidelines set by Facility Management. You will be expected to anticipate and address issues related to tenancy fit-out works by closely liaising with the project team to find effective solutions. Timely completion of fit-out works by tenants should be monitored closely, and any violations by owners must be promptly communicated via email, with works being stopped until reinstated to normal. Collaboration with the Project Team is crucial to ensure that the fit-out work is done in coordination without causing damage to common shafts, pipes, and to adhere to standard compliance. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that renovation debris is removed by contractors, maintaining silent hours for minimal disruption.,
