Best trainer in town without a doubt.Jogendra is very caring and attentive to what each of the gym member needs, what their limits are, and how far he can push them. He encourages and motivates me to do better, and yet he knows how much I am capable of.

A perfect gym for your daily workout. This place has all the necessary machines / equipment you need for your daily exercises. I would like to recommend Mahesh chauhan as personal trainer who is extremely good at what he does. He made sure I followed my daily routine and also helped me with my diet.

It is state of the art gym, very well maintained. The equipments are world class and it has a nice ambience too. The trainers are very professional and supportive and they always push you to the limit to bring out the best in you. I would personally recommend Joginder & Uktesh who are the best trainers.

I have been gymming for last 5 years but I have never met a trainer like #Mahesh Sir. He is so positive and supporting. His training and instructions are really helpful and I can see the changes which I couldnt see in last 3-4 years. Fitness Thugz has provided a great ambience.
