I am a housewife, however with my growing age I have made sure to join this gym so that I never miss out on my fitness goals. The staff is friendly here. Thanks to bhupender sir, he is good in terms of knowledge and is the head trainer of the gym. I feel more healthy by the day. One of the best gym so far..

I joined Fitness Thugz as a complete beginner. So I took personal training from Ashish Sir for 2 months which really helped a lot. He was very fun to work with. He corrected my posture and wrote a subsequent diet plan for me. Overall, I had a really good time at the gym.
