Fitness Thugz is a well- equipped gym with a holistic environment to workout, including safety for women. The trainers there, especially, Anish Sir, provides proper diet and training which results in weight loss and increase in stamina.

The gym is decent, and well equipped. Ashish sir is great, one of the best trainer I’ve met. He not just manages your training, looks out for your diet as well. On days when you don’t wanna leave the bed, he will make you gym well. I’ve lost 6 kg in 5 weeks with PT under him. Kudos for Ashish sir!!

It's a neat gym with good facilities. The staff is very helpful as well. The trainer I worked with, Ashish was very good at explaining the workouts and matching them to my level. I would recommend working with them.

Fitness Thugz is the best place to workout. Its clean and trainers are very friendly. My trainer, Jogiendar is an amazing trainer with tons of knowledge about weight loss programs and put lot of attention to diet and nutrition. I would highly recommend him.
