Job Title: Odoo Associate Location: Gurgaon, Sector 89 Working Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Odoo Associate to join our team in Gurgaon, Sector 89. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day Odoo operations, assisting team members, and ensuring smooth functioning of business processes through the Odoo ERP system. Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage different Odoo modules as per business requirements. Assist in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications. Train and support team members in using Odoo efficiently. Generate and manage reports through Odoo for different departments. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve basic Odoo-related issues. Client Management (CRM & Contacts). Membership & Renewals/Subscription Management. Website & Online Booking. Accounting & Finance. Reporting & Analytics Automated Invoice should be sent to client after the payment on WhatsApp and email. Database should be handled for both clients and the leads (Contact app). Requirements: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Odoo ERP system. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and support team members. Prior experience with Odoo or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
