Role Overview We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Faculty Members to teach and mentor students in our Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition, Strength Training related fitness science programs. The ideal candidate should combine strong subject expertise with the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and practical sessions on exercise science, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and fitness training principles. Create an engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and understanding. Conduct practical demonstrations in our integrated gym facility. Prepare, review, and update teaching materials in line with SFSA’s curriculum. Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations. Provide feedback and guidance to help students excel in both theory and practice. Stay updated with the latest developments in the fitness industry and incorporate them into teaching. Support SFSA’s mission by participating in workshops, guest lectures, and community fitness events. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Physical Education, or related field (preferred). Recognized fitness certifications (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, SPEFL-SC, etc.) will be an advantage. Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a personal trainer, fitness educator, or coach. Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Telugu/Hindi proficiency is a plus). Ability to simplify scientific concepts for easy understanding. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.
