Billing Executive bahraich 5 - 31 years INR 4.2 - 5.4 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Key Responsibilities:Billing and Cost Management: Prepare and review project billing, including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and invoicing. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Ensure that all billing procedures comply with contractual agreements and company standards. Track project costs and identify potential cost overruns; propose corrective actions. Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met. Collaborate with site engineers and project managers to assess progress and adjust schedules accordingly. Prepare and submit regular project status reports to management. Assist in the preparation of detailed project plans, including material requirements, labor resources, and equipment needs. Project Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of project costs, resources, and progress. Ensure all documentation is updated, including material requisitions, purchase orders, and work orders. Work with the procurement team to manage material supplies and deliveries. Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations for construction projects. Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the site team, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely project execution. Communicate any changes in billing, cost estimates, or project timelines to all stakeholders. Participate in project meetings to discuss project timelines, costs, and other planning-related issues. Risk Management: Identify potential project delays or cost overruns and suggest solutions to mitigate risks. Monitor and manage project-related risks and issues, escalating when necessary. Quality Control: Ensure that construction work meets the specified standards and quality as per contractual agreements. Perform quality checks and audits during construction to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
