Job Title: Business Development Intern Job Type: Internship (Full-time, 3 Months) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (On-site) Stipend: Yes (To be discussed during the interview) Start Date: Immediate About the Role We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Business Development Intern. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales and client acquisition in a structured, professional environment. You'll work alongside our business development team to identify leads, interact with potential clients, and support the end-to-end sales process. This is a paid internship based out of our Indore store. Candidates must be available to work on-site for the full internship duration. Are you a musician looking at this job posting? Key Responsibilities • Research potential markets, institutions, and client profiles • Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach • Qualify leads and maintain lead engagement • Assist in drafting proposals and sales presentations • Document client interactions and update CRM systems • Collaborate with the internal team to track and report progress on leads and conversions • Support in organizing meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospective clients Required Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field • Strong communication skills - verbal and written • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (not mandatory) • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic • Must be able to work full-time from our Indore office during the internship period What We Offer • Real-world exposure to B2C sales practices • Learning and mentorship from experienced professionals • Opportunity to interact with clients and decision-makers • Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) • Possibility of full-time employment based on internship performance and business needs
