Company Description FirstDine is building a new dining experience where customers can pre-order food and reserve tables , reducing waiting time and improving restaurant workflow. We are currently developing the MVP and preparing for pilot testing in Kochi. Role Description 1. Technical Co-Founder (App/Web Developer) Responsibilities: Lead technical architecture and product development Oversee app and web development process Work with UI/UX team and development resources Build and refine MVP into scalable product Preferred Experience: Proficiency in app development (Flutter/React Native) or web app frameworks Experience with APIs, databases, and deployment Experience in SaaS or marketplace platforms (preferred but not mandatory) 2. Restaurant & Hospitality Co-Founder Responsibilities: Build relationships with restaurants, cafes, and fine-dining partners Share domain insights to shape product features and business model Help develop on boarding and partnership frameworks Lead industry outreach and operations for pilot phase Preferred Experience: Worked in or managed restaurants, hotels, or food service businesses Deep understanding of operational workflow, customer experience, and pain points Network in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a strong advantage 3. Leadership & Strategy Co-Founder Responsibilities: Support strategic decision-making and business planning Lead operations, partnerships, and internal team alignment Assist in fundraising, pitch development, and investor relations Strengthen internal structure, accountability, and scaling pathways Preferred Experience: Previous leadership, managerial, or scaling experience Ability to build processes, make decisions under uncertainty, and drive growth Experience in startups, business strategy, or leadership roles (preferred) Equity & Agreement Terms No Salary, No equity upfront. Equity will be awarded upon meeting predefined milestones and commitment expectations. A performance-based co-founder agreement will be signed. This opportunity is best suited for someone passionate about solving restaurant inefficiencies, willing to build from zero, and looking for long-term ownership rather than a short-term salary.
