Job Summary : We seek a dedicated Indian Equity Analyst with (flexi-sector, but industrials and manufacturing preferred) to join our investment team. Key Responsibilities : Sector-Specific Research : Conduct comprehensive research on the sector, analyzing industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments. Present investment theses and updates to the investment committee with clarity and conviction. Qualifications : Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. CFA/CA certification or equivalent preferred. 3-7 years of experience as an Equity Analyst, with a proven track record in the Industrials sector . Strong knowledge of industrial business models, capital-intensive industries, and key drivers of growth. Key Skills : Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise. Ability to critically evaluate industry and macroeconomic data. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, and other market data platforms. Exceptional communication and report-writing skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
