Role & responsibilities Job Purpose:To lead and manage the corporate sales agency, develop creative event presentations, and cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring successful event planning, execution, and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:Create and implement sales strategies to target corporate clients (businesses, large organizations, etc.) for event services, including corporate events, conferences, product launches, and team-building activities.Develop and pitch creative services and solutions tailored to the clients business needs and objectives.Collaborate with senior leadership to establish sales targets and revenue goals specific to corporate clients.New Business Development:Identify potential corporate clients through research, networking, and referrals.Prospect for new leads through cold calling, attending industry events, and partnerships with businesses that may require event management services.Build and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities and convert them into long-term clients.There will be monthly targets to be achieved.Sales Forecasting and Reporting:Regularly track and report on sales performance and metrics, including lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.Analyze market trends and client feedback to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities in the event industry.Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on sales meetings and negotiations.Client Relationship Management:Identify and build relationships with key corporate decision-makers and marketing managers.Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their event needs and offering personalized solutions.Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction before, during, and after events.Creative Event Proposals and Presentations:Develop customized event presentations that showcase innovative, creative event concepts and solutions tailored to the clients requirementsCraft detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and key deliverables, while maintaining a focus on creativity and client objectivesPreferred candidate profile A thorough sales professional who is self motivated and likes to meet new people, do cold calling and network.The candidate should have a minimum experience of 5 years of doing corporate sales.
