Job Title: Sales Manager - Industrial Automation Products & Services (FESTO Advanced Motion Solutions) Location: Chennai, Hosur, Coimbatore Position Overview: Being a Technical Distributor and System Integrator of FESTO Advanced Motion Solutions, The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial automation products and Services, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and foster a high-performance culture. Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and inform decision-making. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demands. Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of sales experience in industrial automation, robotics, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of industrial robotics and automation technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market insights. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
