We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to support the end-to-end marketing and sales activities of our residential apartment project. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing leads, assisting with events, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and on-ground channels. Key Responsibilities Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-site platforms. Manage incoming leads: track, update, and follow up using CRM tools. Coordinate with design, digital, and sales teams to ensure timely rollout of creatives and promotions. Support event planning and site activation activities (open houses, broker meets, etc.). Maintain marketing collateral — brochures, hoardings, and online listings. Compile weekly performance reports and analytics on campaign effectiveness. Engage with brokers, partners, and clients for information sharing and feedback. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in real estate or property sales. Good communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with social media marketing, CRM tools, and MS Office. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
